Welcome to The RV Wizards (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website (https://thervwizards.com) or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

## 1. Services

We provide mobile RV repair and inspection services (“Services”) in Alto, NM; Foley, AL; Pensacola, FL; surrounding areas and expanding areas. All Services are subject to availability and scheduling.

## 2. Booking & Payment

1. **Estimates & Authorization.** A dispatch fee applies to each on-site visit. 

2. **Payment Terms.** Invoices are due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept credit cards, cash, and company checks. 

3. **Late Fees.** Unpaid balances over 30 days may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

## 3. Liability & Warranty

- **Warranty on Repairs.** We honor manufacturer warranties where applicable. For non-warranty work, we offer a 30-day workmanship warranty. 

- **Limitation of Liability.** Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected Services.

## 4. Customer Responsibilities

- Provide accurate information about your RV’s condition. 

- Ensure safe access and a clear workspace when our technician arrives.

## 5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos) is owned by The RV Wizards and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute without permission.

## 6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
